Meet the Team

Jonathan holds a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from CSUF and operates at the intersection of technical accounting and startup operations. Currently a Staff Accountant for a pre-revenue venture with a $500M market cap, he specializes in building financial infrastructure from scratch. His day-to-day involves managing PCAOB audits, cap table administration, payroll, and financial statement preparation. He is particularly skilled at designing the underlying workflows that allow high-valuation startups to maintain institutional-grade records.

Outside of the office, Jonathan stays active and is a father to a 12-year-old son. He has recently pivoted his professional focus toward AI integration, specifically building custom systems and autonomous agents to automate traditional accounting bottlenecks. By leveraging these tools, he ensures his processes remain faster and more accurate than standard manual methods, keeping his financial oversight ahead of the curve in a rapidly shifting tech landscape.

Melody provides reliable bookkeeping and data entry for small businesses and independent owners. Recently relocated from Los Angeles to Surprise, Arizona, she manages all client files remotely with a focus on accuracy and organization. Whether you need monthly maintenance to keep your books current or a full year of catch-up work to prepare for tax season, she handles the data entry so you can focus on your actual operations.

Life in Arizona is a new chapter that balances professional work with family. As a mother of four and a grandmother, the move to Surprise has allowed her to trade "on-demand daycare" for being the grandma the kids come to visit for fun. When she isn't reconciling accounts, she’s exploring the local desert landscape and enjoying the freedom of a schedule that she finally controls.
